Orders are shipped via First Class Mail.

Track My Order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout.
You will receive a second email once your order has shipped (24-48 hrs), which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update, however you will still get your order.
Return & Exchange Policy

If there's an issue with your purchase, you'll have 30 days to return the item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return here at Y-NV Fashions, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in it's original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. Y-NV Fashions require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to us.
For hygienic reasons, there will be no returns or refunds for any type of intimate items. All items are "Final Sale".
Clearance items or items marked "Final Sale" aren't returnable.
Y-NV Fashions Satisfaction Guarantee Policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accident.
