Thank you for shopping at Y-NV Fashions. We stand behind everything we sell.

If there's an issue with your purchase you'll have 30 days to return the item from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return here at Y-NV Fashions, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in it's original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. Y-NV Fashions require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to us.

 For hygienic reasons, there will be no returns or refunds for any type of intimate items. All items are "Final Sale".  

Clearance items or items marked "Final Sale" aren't returnable. 

Y-NV Fashions Satisfaction Guarantee Policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accident.
